Solution for F(x)=-2x(x-1) equation:

(F)=-2F(F-1)
We move all terms to the left:
(F)-(-2F(F-1))=0
We calculate terms in parentheses: -(-2F(F-1)), so:
-2F(F-1)
We multiply parentheses
-2F^2+2F
Back to the equation:
-(-2F^2+2F)
We get rid of parentheses
2F^2-2F+F=0
We add all the numbers together, and all the variables
2F^2-1F=0
a = 2; b = -1; c = 0;
Δ = b2-4ac
Δ = -12-4·2·0
Δ = 1
The delta value is higher than zero, so the equation has two solutions
We use following formulas to calculate our solutions:
$F_{1}=\frac{-b-\sqrt{\Delta}}{2a}$
$F_{2}=\frac{-b+\sqrt{\Delta}}{2a}$

$\sqrt{\Delta}=\sqrt{1}=1$
$F_{1}=\frac{-b-\sqrt{\Delta}}{2a}=\frac{-(-1)-1}{2*2}=\frac{0}{4} =0 $
$F_{2}=\frac{-b+\sqrt{\Delta}}{2a}=\frac{-(-1)+1}{2*2}=\frac{2}{4} =1/2 $
